Please read the following carefully before booking

POLICIES

  • Must be at-least 18 years old

  • A $25 Non-Refundable booking deposit is required to confirm your appointment.

  • Sunday/After-hours/Squeeze-In appointments are additional +$30 on top of any service

  • No extra guests

  • A mask is required to be worn upon entry

  • NO REFUNDS

  • NO CELL PHONE USAGE

  • You may return 2-4 days after initial application if you have excessive fall-out for a complimentary touch-up.

LASH EXTENSION POLICIES

  • 21 days without a fill or less than 50% of lashes left will result in a Full Set

  • NO FOREIGN FILLS - please book a Full Set + Removal

  • Please arrive with no eye makeup + clean lashes.

  • Expect 15–20-minute lash consultation to determine the health of your lashes, confirm desired style, review and sign consent form before extension application

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

  • Clean your eyelashes the morning of your appointment with an eyelash extension cleanser.

  • Remove makeup before arrival

  • Remove contacts upon arrival

  • Dirty lashes or upper facial area (nose and above) = Automatic $15 Lash Bath

  • No caffeine or coffee up to 3 hours before your appointment

  • Show any coupons, gift certificates or discounts prior to lash application

RESCHEDULING / CANCELING

  • Appointments can be rescheduled one time before 24 hours of your appointment through the link in your confirmation email. If you reschedule more than once, a new deposit is required.

  • If using a voucher, failure to rescheduled one time before 24 hours of your appointment through the link in your confirmation email will result in the voucher being REDEEMED and NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you’ll be charged for the full service and a new deposit will be required to secure any other appointment.

  • Failure to comply with the policy can cause your appointment to be rescheduled and/or canceled.

LATE

  • 10+ mins late = $10 late fee and the time will be deducted from your appointment.

  • 15+ mins late = your appointment will be automatically canceled and charged the remaining balance of your appointment.
