  • We have a limited return policy as we are unable to restock returned used goods and have to absorb the cost. If you would like to return a product, please review our policy in full and then reach out to us by phone to discuss the reason you wish to return your product. We're unable to do a full refund on any used products.

  • Cyanoacrylate. This is the main ingredient that causes the glue to bond to your natural lash.

  • Yes, $10 off for every referral. You get $10 off and your referral gets $10 off. This can not be combined with any other discount.

  • It is possible to have red eye, but it is not common. All clients are different. This is why we have you complete the lash consent form, to inform of any allergies or eye conditions. We sanitize all products thoroughly, and use proper health precautions to ensure you have the safest and healthiest experience. Should red eye or irritation occur, please keep eye moisturized and give 2-5 days to clear.

  • Unfortunately, due to the intimate nature of the service, the time and products used, KIss of Beauty Lashes does not offer refunds for service at this time. We do give you a courtesy of a free fill within the first 2-4 days of service, day being the day after you have lash service complete. This does not apply to Strip Lash Application.

  • You may use a 3rd party discount for yourself one time every 12 months. Same client is considered the same client no matter if different information is used. Lash technicians have the right to refuse service or not honor coupons.

  • Currently, we are on the second floor of the building and there is no elevator. You will have to climb a flight of stairs to enter the lash studio.
