POLICIES
Must be at-least 18 years old
A $25 Non-Refundable booking deposit is required to confirm your appointment.
Sunday/After-hours/Squeeze-In appointments are additional +$30 on top of any service
No extra guests
A mask is required to be worn upon entry
NO REFUNDS

LASH EXTENSION POLICIES
21 days without a fill or less than 50% of lashes left will result in a Full Set
NO FOREIGN FILLS - please book a Full Set + Removal
Please arrive with no eye makeup + clean lashes.
Expect 15-20 lash consultation to determine the health of your lashes before extension application
BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
Clean your eyelashes in the morning of your appointment with an eyelash extension cleanser.
Remove makeup before arrival
Remove contacts upon arrival
Dirty lashes or Upper facial area (nose and above) = Automatic $15 Lash Bath
No caffeine or coffee up to 3 hours before your appointment
RESCHEDULING / CANCELING
Appointments can be rescheduled one time before 24 hours of your appointment through the link in your confirmation email. If you reschedule more than once, a new deposit is required.
If using a voucher, failure to reschedule within 24 hours or cancel within 48 hours will result in the voucher being REDEEMED and NON-REFUNDABLE.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you’ll be charged 50% the full service.
Failure to comply with the policy can cause your appointment to be rescheduled and/or canceled.
LATE
10+ mins late = $10 late fee and the time will be deducted from your appointment.
15+ mins late = your appointment will be automatically canceled and charged the remaining balance up to 50% of your appointment.
